The Blueprint is currently in Phase I implementation in Northern Haiti, testing many of the 70+ interventions at our Milot campus, which is being transformed into the first hub-and-spoke network. The campus already features classrooms, computers, running water, and a commercial kitchen that serves as both a school cafeteria and a community resource center. This proof-of-concept generates the evidence base needed for expansion to 140,000 students across Haiti by Year 7, and ultimately to 1.4 million children through national scale.
But Haiti is just the beginning. The Blueprint model is designed for global replication - adaptable to any fragile state or extreme poverty context. Every intervention, every system, every economic structure has been tested against the hardest conditions imaginable. If it works in Haiti, it can work anywhere.
